ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY
Orthognathic surgery (Greek "orthos" means straight and "gnathos" means jaw) is a single or double jaw surgery which is performed to reposition the jaws. When the jaws are moved forwards or backwards, up or down, or rotated, the facial soft tissue in the chin, cheeks, lips and tip of the nose move accordingly.

Orthognathic surgery is performed by either an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or a craniofacial surgeon in collaboration with an orthodontist, often including braces before and after surgery, and retainers after the final removal of braces. Orthognathic surgery is often needed after reconstruction of cleft palate or other major craniofacial anomalies
TESTIMONIALS
"I would like to thank Dr. Martinko and the entire staff for utmost professional work they have done as well as the attention they have provided. Dental implant treatment, which was the reason I first contacted Dr. Martinko, was performed very attentively and I was informed in detail on every stage of the implantation. The fact that I had to travel to Zagreb twice showed to be a benefit as Zagreb is a wonderful city, its people very complaisant and "strukle" a fantastic discovery!"
